Procurement Opportunity – General Contractors Needed!
We are looking for qualified General Contractors to construct 2 buildings for tenants with developmental disabilities. Each building will contain four 1-bedroom accessible units. One building will be constructed in the city of Middletown and one will be constructed in the city of Trenton.
